MAX LAGER’S OF ATLANTA, GA Wheat, Oats and Pilsner malt carry a peppery, estery and phenolic rustic Belgian yeast. All thrown a spanner with notes of candy, papaya and bell peppers from Ekuanot hops and a gentle top note of fresh grapefruit pulp and zest riding on top and through its soft, silky middle. Not sure if this is anything to do with Belgium anymore...
