Malt: Carapils, Heidelberg Pils, Wheat malt, Flaked Oats

Whirlpool Hop: Bru-1 Lupomax

Dry Hop: Thai Basil, Pineapple

Appearance: Gloriously translucent yellow, with a vanishing white head

Aroma: Pineapple, pineapple and more pineapple leaping from the glass. Garnished with sweet Thai basil that sings with anise and lemon verbena, and a touch of white wine from our house souring process.

Flavour & Body: Fresh pineapple juice & Tarragon lead with a mouth-watering sourness. Full bodied and effervescent, with a vinous middle leading into (would you have guessed it!?) a mellow pineapple finish.
