Apricot Berliner Weisse - 4.1%

The first in our Fruit Salad Days series and absolutely loaded with apricots.

This kettle-soured Berliner Weisse is built on pilsner and wheat malt, lightly hopped with Cascade, then fermented with a 1:1 ratio of beer to fruit. That’s a tonne of beer and a tonne of apricots.

Soft, tart, and bursting with fresh apricot character, with fluffy wheat and a juicy texture that feels like sticking your head into a bag of ripe fruit. There are, as you might expect, a lot of apricots.
