Dark Sour - 5.7% - 440ml Can
The first release in a new partnership with Niall Davidson's Allta restaurant. This dark sour has been aged for 3 years in French Oak Cognac Casks. Strong character from the oak and Cognac, notes of cherry and other dark, fruitcake like flavours, all finishing with a satisfyingly sharp, sour accent.
