Description

Down to the Well – DIPA – 8.2%

Appearance - Opaque haze with a bright yellow body and Topped with a lasting, rocky white foam that laces the glass. Aroma - Vanilla and Peach esters from the yeast take a step back to allow the Amarillo to punch through with even more peach and some candied orange. Azacca and Chinook bring the classic grapefruit and resin combo that really stands out from what is probably our palest DIPA to date.

Flavour - Like drinking a cocktail of satsuma and grapefruit juice while walking through a pine forest and being able to taste the sap in the air. With just enough bitterness to grab your attention but little enough to allow the icing sugar sweetness to linger on the finish Mouthfeel - Deceptively chewy for the colour, really coating the palate with its soft carbonation.
