The second of our French collabs this month was with the wonderful @MontHardi. We've been working closely with them and V&B for several years to distribute our wares throughout France, so it was only a matter of time before we invited Louis and Alexandre over to work on brewing a beer together.

Leaning more into the silky wonders of flaked oats, this DDH IPA brings with it a creamy body that allows the hops to coat the tongue. Mimicking the whirlpool of the previous beer, Motueka brings in a mix of freshly squeezed lime juice and bergamot before being hit by a combo of two of our favourite hop varieties. Buckets of wild strawberries and passionfruit are brought in with the massive addition of Strata CGX before being backed up by a smaller dose of Motueka's lime zest. Azacca then really melding the two with its mix of ruby grapefruit and tangerine breakfast juice. A dense creamy foam tops it all off, like a fruit salad pavlova that Mary Berry would be proud of!
