Description

Belgian Pale Ale – 5.2%

Appearance - A brilliant golden liquid topped with thick, rocky white foam.
Aroma - Working with our long-time friend John, we decided to use a different strain (WLP510) than our go-to for Belgian Styles(WLP550). This yeast expresses more on the Earthy/Banana side than our typical Spice/Clove profile, which allows the Mandarina Baveria and Tango combo to blend in effortlessly with the natural esters this yeast produces.

Flavour - Assertive bitterness fades into zesty orange peel and an earthy finish.

Mouthfeel - Much more traditional this time around, leaning into John's passion & knowledge with Belgian beers. Wonderfully dry, with a sustained bitter finish.
