Quadrupel - 11.1%

Quad of Paradise begins in the mash with a hefty, sticky and dense mix of Pilsner and Vienna but with a huge addition of dark caramelised Aromatic Malt to beef up the nose, body and flavour. Boiled with Magnum hops for a soft balanced bitterness, we then add Grains of Paradise towards the end of boil to impart their heavenly magic
